No. This practice offers specialty integrative and functional medicine consultations and does
not replace your primary care provider. You’ll still need a PCP for routine care, urgent needs,
and preventive screenings.
Membership includes direct access to Dr. Mohey through monthly virtual visits, secure
messaging between appointments, and exclusive discounts on functional lab testing and
supplements. The level of support is tailored to each phase of your care.
Yes. An initial consult is required to begin care. After that, we recommend a monthly membership or a service package.
Functional lab testing is customized to your symptoms and goals. Tests may include advanced
stool, hormone, nutrient, toxin, or inflammation panels. We’ll go over results in detail during
your visits and use them to guide your care plan.
Yes. As a board-certified physician in internal and integrative medicine, Dr. Mohey can
prescribe medications when needed and also helps patients reduce or deprescribe when
appropriate, using a safe and thoughtful approach.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations
made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $150 fee. This policy helps protect the time
and care we dedicate to each patient.

No, the cost of laboratory testing is not included in the monthly membership fee. Standard
diagnostic testing may be ordered through conventional labs, and in some cases, these tests
may be covered by the patient’s insurance plan, depending on their benefits and network
agreements. If additional functional or specialty testing is deemed clinically appropriate, it will
be offered at a discounted rate. The need for such testing is assessed on an individual basis,
and recommendations are made to ensure that testing is both meaningful and aligned with the
patient’s specific health concerns.
