Megha Mohey MD, FACP, ABOIM
“Health is wholeness and balance, not just the absence of disease.”
— Dr. Andrew Weil
About Me
Dr. Mohey takes the time to understand each patient’s complete health story—gathering a thorough history that includes medical background, nutrition, lifestyle, emotional health, and environmental exposures. She also reviews any prior medical records, lab results, or testing that may offer insight into patterns or missed connections. Based on this foundation, additional functional testing may be recommended, but only when it adds meaningful value to the diagnostic process.
From there, she develops a comprehensive, individualized care plan that addresses root causes and supports healing on multiple levels. This may include personalized nutrition strategies, lifestyle modifications, sleep optimization, stress management techniques, high quality supplements or botanicals, and medications when appropriate. Over the next few months, patients check in regularly to monitor progress, refine the plan, and receive continued support. All care is delivered one-on-one, directly by Dr. Mohey.
At Way, we recognize that health and wellness don’t look the same for everyone. There is no universal formula—each person’s path is shaped by their unique history, needs, and goals. Dr. Mohey works closely with each patient to identify what’s holding them back and support what helps them thrive. Together, you’ll find a way forward that is both evidence-based and deeply personal—one that helps you feel like yourself again, with clarity and confidence.
“Functional medicine is not about naming the disease and matching the pill. It’s about understanding the root causes and creating health.”
— Dr. Mark Hyman
